Taylors is now into its fourth century one of the very oldest of the Port companies It is the last totally independent company of the original British Port houses and is still family owned and managed It is dedicated entirely to the production of port wine and in particular to its finest styles Taylors 20 YO Tawny has been aged in oak casks on average for twenty years In the 20 YO port the fruit has mellowed further than in the 10 YO vintage and the spicy nutty aromas of ageing are more powerful and intense Named Tawny as over time it gains an amber tawny colour and mellows into a smooth luscious style with intense powerful flavours It has layers of spicy rich brooding fruit and incredible length 20 ABV
